sur good judge happy happy happy new year god bless you bless your heart peace to you your excellency.

Hi I’m Aaron Lee Walker social security number 302-96-6399. I was denied SSI when I am a fully disabled person who been on SSI since birth , bvut was taken off in 2013 . I been trying to get back on but got denied February 13th by ic Westley. I have solid proof I’m a ADHD and been having day to day issues. Massive issues. My disibility stated something about my wieght. My claim has nothing to do with wieght. I cant function in a work eviorment for a long period of time. You disibilty evaulators wont understand a disibilty unless you are having those problems day to day . I’m extremely disappointed in the decision staff of SSI adminerstration . poor judgement of claim, and dont wont why your judge can pass people who are not disabled, and let them fool you into claim, but a actually factual client with masiive day to day problems gets denied. During my court appeal on Novemeber, the vocational guide lady stated thier was no jobs that fit my criteria.
I WOULD LIKE TO START BE SAYING PLEASE EXCUSE MY POOR GRAMMAR. I WOULD LIKE TO PERSONALLY AND PUBLICLY THANK JUDGE ERIC WESTLEY FOR HIS PARTIALLY FAVORABLE DECISION CONCERNING MY ONGOING CASE WITH SSI, EVEN KNOWING HIS APPROVED CASES ARE AMONG ONE OF THE LOWEST IN CLEVELAND. WITH THAT BEING SAID THANK YOU FOR YOUR DECISION AND CONSIDERATION IN THE HANDLING OF MY CASE.
I just had a hearing before Judge Westley. He seems nice enough, but I am nervous because of his approval ratings. His approved cases is among one of lowest for the Cleveland Office and it says a lot about him.
