ALJ Johnson was very polite and respectful.I haven’t received a decision yet but I think he is a good judge.
Great judge and very respectful! He was friendly, attentive, and had a very caring nature. He never interrupted me and looked at all of the facts. Very professional. It took me 3 years to get to this point and I waited almost 6 months for a decision but it was Fully Favorable and I’m grateful. Thank you Judge Johnson!
I WENT BEFORE JUDGE JOHNSON IN APRIL. MY ANXIETY WAS SO BAD. I WAS N SO MUCH PAIN AND THIS JUDGE WAS SO NICE TO ME TO ALLOW ME TO STAND UP IF I NEEDED. I HAVEN’T GOTTEN A DECISION YET BUT. THE HEAT HAS HAD ME IN BED SICK LUPUS FLARE UP. ALOT HEADACHES ANS SERVELY DEPRESSED. PRAY FOR ME PLEASE. JUDGE JOHNSON IS A NICE JUDGE.
To the honorable Judge Frederick Johnson , I appeared before you on June 28th 2017 at 11am . You judged my case as fully favorable , for which I thank you . I have a prognosis from doctor as it stands now of 4 to 11 months to live . Your recommendation for a representative payee will take months off the time I have left . I’m not clear why you arrived at this decision , seeing as I’m medically disabled and not mentally disabled . I have been here at the Arthur Cassell transitional house for veterans for aprox. 10 months where we are screened weekly for any type of substance abuse. I ask that you may reconsider ,as I must be about the business of tending to finale expenses and saying good-bye to relatives and friends across our great country .
I had a hearing Sept 4th,2015. It has been 4 months and no word no official word,no money,I waited 10 yrs for this decision and now I just have to sit and wait.It should not take this long if someone was doing their job.I am getting sicker waiting.Do not understand what takes so long when other people are getting theirs in 2 months.Nobody has answers.
The judge was very nice and fair. I received a fully favorable decision after many many years of fighting
I am a 100% disable Veteran and I currently got denied by Judge Johnson for Social Security Benefits. I have been told by two different Government agencies that I cant work and I am disable. I am very disappointed in this man who calls himself a judge. It seems like he does not respect the doctors who made my decision and the veterans at all. I will Pray to GOD for him and hope he will make right decisions for everyone else in the future.
This judge was very understanding of my medical condition and I received my decision with in 2 months. Thank Judge Johnson for approving my case even though I am young and for understanding the seriousness of my illness.
This judge was Respectful, professional during my testimony and hearing.
