I just wanted to thank Your Honor, Judge Gerald R Bruce for taking the time to listen to my case with a very open mind. After our hearing I broke my right shoulder when I fell in my sons room after tucking him in bed and my feet were twisted in the sheets. So at the time of our hearing, yes I was disabled, but then after that, I was REALLY disabled, seeing as how I am predominantly right handed. I also will be able to now take care of my son with Autism in a more productive and positive way.
Thank you your Honor. Very appreciative.
