He denied my disability said I was faking now I’ve had to have plates put in spine and numerous other procedures. Sad they assume everyone is out for a free ride the ones who truly need it never seem to get it
Not very compassionate towards me with 2 spinal fusions.cut me short on questions i had for him.he was in a hurry only gave me 5minutes with my atty before hearing.they found 3 jobs i can do somewhere in the country but the jobs go against my restictions.
Not a good experience. Just shy of 8 months to find out decision from hearing. Ignored key information on child being murdered after abusive marriage. MRI showing severe findings with spine. Ignored severity of neck. Attorney barely said much. Never interviewed by vocational expert nor any by mental health expert or physcian.
seemed to be a good guy and basically focused on the facts of my case.. been 50 days after that hearing and I have heard nothing .. I was in court with the judge via video for 1 hr..
Very fair judge..really knew the facts of my case and was not intimidating. Hearing was somewhat brief, and he was to the point on his questioning. Have nothing but good things to say about this judge!
I had my hearing two days ago, and the VE said there are no hypothetical jobs for the hypotheticals that were presented. I initially felt good about the hearing. Now I am back to discouraged. Anyone know how often he sides with the VE?
Sort of new in Lexington ODAR. Seems fair, efficient, friendly but business like in hearings. Can be tough in decisions, so close case outcome very uncertain.
