Judge miller listened to what i had to say about my disabilities and he was very thoughtful i was very nervous going in and im waiting for a decision
I before Judge Hilton on March 27, 2018. Although, I did not have any representation, he didn’t make me feel clueless about what was going on. He presides over the evidence, and took into consideration from their expert witness and the vocational expert. Because the medical evidence wasn’t updated since 2016 (when I was denied) he ask for an examination, and updated doctor records.
No matter what the outcome will be, thank you Judge Hilton, for being a fair and honest judge.
This judge made up his mind before we started. Its a number game to him not disability
Not a good judge, didn’t listen. he had his mind made up before we started… just plain rude
Judge Miller was very respectful and understanding. I thank him for his patience as well.
Very rude Judge, interrupts you nonstop and doesn’t let you finish answering his questions. I felt he didn’t listen to me at all and was very unfair and ignored chunks of the medical evidence as well.
Agree, Judge is a jerk and unfair
Not a good judge, just plain rude
I appreciate the work Judge Miller has done for this state. Thank you.
