I don’t know what the outcome of my hearing will be yet. However this judge treated me with kindness and Respect. Due to COVID-19 I had a telephone hearing. The judge requested further evaluation by a social security doctor which I am fine with and agreed to. When we are sick and or disabled we need help quickly and unfortunately this system is not designed to help quickly. I feel the judges get a bad rap just because there doing there jobs. And trust me I have been fighting for 9 years now with no success in a favorable decision. I have elements that according to there own website say I should qualify. But there are always loop holes and other factors I’m sure I don’t understand that the judges have to obey by. I thank God everyday I’m here to continue my fight and one day I’ll get a successful decision. In the meantime I’m low income poverty level but greatful I have a roof over my head, food to eat and my doctors who care and listen to me.
Judge James Delphey seems to have forgotten what his actual job is “Helping people in need”. 2020 49% denials, 2019 55% denials, 2018 48% denials. He must have a unhappy life.
