Judge Scott was a blessing for me. He was professional, let my attorney handle all the questions which took about 5 minutes. The whole hearing took about 15 minutes. When the hearing was over he informed me and my lawyer that he was finding in my favor with only a modification to my date of the disability. This was agreed to by me and my lawyer and the judge at the beginning of the hearing
Although the total hearing time took about 15 mins. and we barely had any time to talk, I felt that judge Scott was a compassionate judge with a clear understanding of suffering. We haven’t gotten a decision yet but he made it sound fairly certain that we would be approved. Wish our lawyer was as outstanding as this man. Shes a total nut case.
