Judge Knapp conducted my hearing in a professional and courteous fashion, and displayed empathy while maintaining his obligations. I was allowed great latitude in the discussions, and he was expedient in clarifying questions. While the process can be a bit intimidating, Judge Knapp provided a calmer atmosphere and courtesy that lessened the stress. Regardless of my final decision, he has my respect and confidence.
Judge Knapp was seemingly fair and compassionate in his listening at my hearing and although this process is extremely nerve-racking, made it a tad bit better for me. Thanks to him for that. Good luck to all whom are in this struggle!
