I had a hearing with this Administrative law judge today after a 3 year appeal battle with Social Security. This judge didn’t seem to have no interest in my case and appeared to be kinda rude. I would not wanna have to have another hearing with this judge. It is like he doesn’t believe what a claimiant is telling him when it is all clearly in the medical evidence file.
Very kind and compassionate. He made me feel at ease. He does review your medical and helps you feel at ease. I have not received a decision as of this time , but I will say he is a fair judge.
Be careful with this ALJ and be prepared to get denied, even if you have got a good case. It does not matter if you are 55 or older, you will get denied even if your doctors say you are disabled. He does not believe what he is told by claimants.
