Judge Yoder seemed like he had made a decision before we even got started, it’s been a couple weeks and I haven’t heard anything yet and the hearing went great but it don’t feel good
He was very kind, and went out of his way, above and behond to get my medical records after my hearing that I kept requesting the SSA to get even gave them Drs names, locations and they never did, he saw that his self even found over 100 pages they got and never entered, by the time he was done retrieving my records I had around 1000 pages, and more evidence, so I am very grateful for that.
I am very dissapointed that my case was unfavorable because the medical examiners made mistakes #6 said I could not do my past work & then #10 the list of work I could do was a list of my past work. Even In the hearing he asked him what work I could do with my Pshycological and he stated none
then medical examiners claimed I couldnt do past work in the decision yet listed my past work as jobs I could do, after stating none in the hearing. Also stated a medication i was on helped so it was evidence I could work according to Drs records, but I had to stop taking that medication way before the hearing because of stomach issues, also stated I refused therapy by my Drs records, but I started therapy before the hearing so that was untrue I just did not enter it as records because I only went a few months, its not always his fault for the denial in my case the medical review mistakes had alot to do with it. Im still trying to decide if I should appeal the hearing being Im soon to be homeless because I can’t work, and the medical review clearly made mistakes. Or to just reapply…
He was a very nice judge. Asked a lot of good questions and helped me not be so nervous 🙂 haven’t heard anything yet
Not happy at all…not fair at all. Hope he can sleep at night’s my family sure can’t.
I was before this judge. It was not in wv tho. He seemed very nice and concerned. Still waiting on decision.
Needs some help with rough cases…try again
