This judge is extremely condescending to attorneys and claimants. Chances are, you will have a terrible experience if you go in front of him. His conduct is very unbecoming and it would do SSA well to investigate further in to his bizarre, unprofessional behavior. He is also extremely rude and abrasive with is co-workers and fellow judges. It’s a shame that our tax dollars are supporting such a terrible person.

I have been fighting for disability since 2012. I was in a horrible car accident that almost took my life and the life of my unborn child. I was in the hospital for a month healing from emergency child birth and internal bleeding. I now suffer from multiple health and mental problems. Before that I was working and going to school. I am a single mom of 6 kids and Judge Crowell is a horrible person to deal with in this process. He makes up his mide by the way you look. If you are not pretty much homeless and almost in a wheelchair, he isn’t going to approve your case. When I was telling my story he was playing on his computer and rolling his eyes. Not to mention he bullied my attorney. My own attorney told me he he discriminates and judges people. I get an appeal and have to see him again. He made up his mind as soon as I walked in. He is a ignorant person and shouldn’t be a Judge.

I thought Judge Jason Crowell was really fair Judge at least with me, still waiting to hear the yes or no decision he makes but due to the pain in my tailbone, I was allowed to stand during the meet. I found him very respectful, and yet conservative in his nature. Don’t let others intimidate you by seeing him. You will make your own decision about him. Being a respectful human being and he will treat you as such.
Let me remind you, you are not there to make the decision he is.

Warring…this judge will deny your claim. I am very upset he denied my claim. At this time I’m at a loss on what to do with my life. I can’t work its just impossible for me to work with my ailments but this doesn’t matter to judge Crowell. He gets to go home to his over sized house in his over priced car and not give a damn how I’m supposed to feed my children and keep a roof over their heads.
