In the beginning of the hearing I thought every thing was ok until the middle of it .I felt that he was being very biased . And uncaring regarding my mental health issues. It was clear that he made up his mind before the hearing actually started . I dont know what the decission is because im still waiting for it. But I walked out of the court room filling as if I were going to be denied by the way he was talking. I pray that its not the case of me being denied.
Jeffrey Gauthier needs to research more on the subject of Multiple Schelosis. I didn’t feel he was at all familiar with the severity and how it can affect so many people I n so many different ways. There are lots of books and articles on the subject that would make you understand its effects so that you could be more sympathetic to those of us with the disease and understand it much better than you did in court.
Judge Gauthier is a great judge, I had back surgery on September 24, 2013 due to Spinal Stenosis. After my hearing he apologized for me waiting so long to get my hearing and thanked me for trying to return to work. Before, I left the room I told him I had to have second back surgery in February 2016 and he was very sympathetic. I’m glad I got him as a Judge.
