Definitely the worst judge ever and has no understanding of mental health issues or fibromyalgia
I didn’t experience that, nor did see that in her. My experience was/is a compassionate ALJ who asked pertinent questions and took the time to listen. I sensed she was no nonsense, yet fair. She weighed my case on the evidence before her. My suggestion is, have yout matters in check meaning all I’s dotted, all T’s crossed before you go before her or any judge assuming you will win with limited information. I had an attorney with me which helped, I believe. I felt at ease with her and the fact that she was there to do her job, nothing more.
NO COMPASSION. TALKS TOO FAST AND OVER CLAIMANTS’ HEADS. ABSOLUTELY NO UNDERSTANDING OF MENTAL HEALTH CASES. DEFINITELY THE WORST JUDGE IN THE WORLD!
I disagree with the last comment. I am in front of her quite regularly and think she is quick, to the point, and fair. Not an easy judge but definitely not unreasonable.
The WORST. JUDGE. EVER.
