I had a complicated case. I have been getting SSI for years but now have enough work credits for SSDI. I had a complete emotional break down during my hearing and Judge Knight was very nice and understanding about it. To be honest I put the wrong date for my on set when applying on my own. She could have just denied me but she went out of her to hint that it need to be changed to win. My personal experience is that she will approve you if you qualify and will be helpful if you about to lose over a technical. She was about the only pleasant part of this annoying process. She even was nicer that my lawyer and his office.

This Judge is NOT impartial. She ignores medical evicence and renders decisions based on her personal opinion. She decides the way her political party wants her to. How this woman can be an “impartial” Judge based on her record is beyond me. Thanks to her I am now homeless and unable to work. Judge and Prosecutor in a kangaroo court!

People who are Not disabled should Not recieve disability. I agree. People who are SHOULD. The “psyhologist” she used has been banned from tesifiying leaving her to trust her opinion over that of medical specialists and professionals. The manner in which Judge Knight decides these cases is Absolutly with prejudice and show signs of fatigue. Using the law as a method to find loopholes to prevent honest people with real disabilities from recieving the benifits they worked so hard to pay for before becoming disabled is Poor judgement. the requirement for disability was 7 out of 10 sysmtoms. I have met all 10. Where is the “justice” in this? Appeal process? 4 years and counting…ABSURD and Cruel!

The only opinion she valued was that of the psychologist and none of my doctors… highly prejudicial! She is far from fair and objective. I only hope she never finds herself disabled and at the mercy of a judge who rules like she does… good luck with that.

She is an excellent judge. Takes her job seriously. More than some of the other judges that practice. Someone who is not disabled, should not get disability payments. Everyone that works with her feels the same.

Glad you practice in front of her. Her stats tell the story.

She does her decisions with objective facts and evidence. I practiced in front of her and found her to make her decision on evidence. If you don’t meet the standards of federal law, you are not disabled. She affirms when it is justified.

26% approval rating tells me far from fair and objective.
