She conducts her hearings in a very unfair manner. She will spend an hour grilling the client and then tell his attorney, who has just started his/her examination, that there is a shortage of time. Her mind is made up prior to the first word of testimony, and this is reflected in her attitude and questioning. Judges decisions are slanted with the negative highlighted and the positive ignored. This is a an ALJ to avoid.
