I’ve never been in front of an ALJ before because I’m still waiting on my court date hearing . I applied for disability May 2012 & I have received letters stating that my case is sitting at the ALJ Office. My attorney told me that its still pending but I should be hearing something any time since its been over a year or 2. I had a hearing in April 2013 but I missed it. I don’t know what to expect or do. I’m a little scared.
Went in front of Mr Barker on Nov 8th 2013 then he decided to send me to their doctors after my hearing I went to one Dec 9th and the other one Jan 6th Really do not feel I am going to be approved because during my hearing this judge made me feel as if I was wasting his time being in front of him. Had a video conference hearing so who knows what is going to happen
Judge acted like he was interested in hearing my case like he had somewhere to be other than there Now just waiting to see what happens
Went in front of this judge on November 8th, 2013 Not sure what is going to happen but I felt as if the judge wasn’t interested in my case. Just now have to wait and see what is going to happen hopefully I don’t have a long wait
Well I go in front of this Judge on Friday the 8th hoping for the best but looking at the worsted as well not sure what will happen will leave more once I have been in front of him
Very fair judge
