This guy seemed hostile, like he was angry at myself and my attorney for daring to seek disability benefits after i was medically discharged from the military due to my disorders. I hadn’t worked in over 3 years. I have documented medical records detailing my inability to hold a job, or work at all for that matter, I’ve even been hospitalized because of it, yet it meant nothing to Juan Morrero. Look, there may be some people out there who lie to try to get over on the system, but not EVERYONE who applies for Disability is like that! It disgusts me how much some of these so-called “judges” do not give a damn about people.

This “judge” is a rude, heartless obnoxious individual. Didn’t feel i was “crazy” enough to be qualified as disabled even though i was fired from every job i’ve ever had in my life because of my mental diagnosis. If i were to ever see this asshole somewhere, i’d punch him in his face to see if that’s “crazy” enough for him. Thanks Morrero, my family was homeless and out on the streets.

This judge is a psycho babbling idiot, i feel sorry for whoever has to go before him. He DOES not read your case file, he is incompetant and should be disbarred.

  7. Raleigh Rep says:

Very surprised at his reviews. He is normally very fair, extremely professional and pleasant demeanor in hearings. He will call out cases that are not prepped but he’s not a complete jerk about it. As a rep, he’s one of my favorites, if not my favorite. He does not drag out hearings either… I like that too. And not bad to look at either!!!

Terrible accent, couldn’t understand more than “hello” and “adios”. Needs an interpretor.

This judge is erratic and likely suffers from an affective disorder. There are days when he displays a coherent and linear thought process, others when he lacks logic and has bouts of spontaneous rage. His decisions depend on which end of rapid cycling is in play at the time, but either way rarely have any relation to the law or the facts. Impossible to prepare your client for this judge’s demeanor.
