She is blatantly sexist, I could tell she hates men, and this is just a job to get even one man at a time. I could not have had a worse judge. Acted like I didn’t even exist. Her clown show job consultant was so stupid the only word she uttered was no in 1 hr.
not very thorough, made many mistakes on dates, added things to my case per her opinion not through medical records. didnt notice some medical records in my file that were not even mine. said in denial letter that i was to picky about jobs i am applying for even though i have applied for 170 since filing, complained that i did have records about osteo arthritis in my left knee but had not had surgery on it yet but it was scheduled. found i had “SEVERE” impairments but they were not as severe as one on the ‘LIST’. said i cannot sit or stand for more than 2 hours during 8 hour day but i can still do sedentary work that doesnt require kneeling or squatting or ladders or pulling ropes or lifting more than 10lbs among other things. completly inconsistant in her findings. i will be appealing to next level. MADE MANY MISTAKES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. OBVIUOSLY DID NOT GO OVER THE RECORDS THOROUGHLY AS SHOWN BY THE MISTAKES.
She is a fair judge and she dose a great job making sure no rock is left un turned. Make sure your files are complete and everything turned in properly this way she does not have the aggravation of asking for it.
She is considerate and do not take advantage because this will not be favorable for you.
