Judge Muramoto asked questions concerning my living arrangements, including if the person I live with is disabled and his source of income. I do not believe she has any reason to ask about the person a claimant resides with. After all it is about the claimant and independent of other immediate family members and partners.
In her determination she stated my back problems affecting both sciatic nerves are severe. She further determined my statement of being in pain all the time is not credible. I also have arthritis, fibromyalgia, and bursitis. I do not understand why she can blatantly state a claimant is a liar concerning pain and discomfort when she fails to delve into it.
It is her job to determine who is and isn’t disabled within the disability guidelines. It appears she was prejudiced against me because I live with someone who is disabled and her inability to comprehend an individual can be in pain all the time.
