Had my hearing today with this judge. Dont kniw the outcome but found him to be fair. Gave me a chanve to explain, asked fair questions involving my case. Its been a hard road eitger way. But will say he seemed fair enough.
JUDGE WAS A COMPLETE CLOWN!!! TOLD ME I COULD HOLD A JOB ON XANAX HYDROCODONES AND SEROQUEL DUE TO BIPOLAR, ANXIETY AND
SCIATIC NERVE DAMAGE. HE ALSO FALSIFIED THE PAPER IN THE DENIAL STATING I SPENT SIX MONTHS IN JAIL AND WAS RELEASED ON GOOD BEHAVIOR.. THATS HILARIOUS BECAUSE ONLY TIME IVE BEEN TO JAIL I WAS THROWN IN AD SEG THE HOLE FOR FIGHTING!!! MY LAWYER IS DECENT DID HER BEST, BUT THIS OLD MAN DISCRIMINATES UPON YOUR PAST, IF YOU HAVE TATTOOS. YOUR DENIED! HE EVEN SAID GOOD LUVK WITH YOUR KIDS AND FINDING A FULL TIME JOB AFTER GHE VE SAID NO JOBS

I can confirm the last person’s comments. I’ve waited more than enough time to have received MY OWN MONEY from social security disability only to have this so called judge WASTE my time and tax payers time with the circus over there they call a disability hearing. This Keith Allred should be ashamed of himself for ruining credibly disabled people’s lives. He gives all the weight o his decision to a five minute office visit by A DOCTOR WHO IS PAID BY SOCIAL SECURITY TO DENY CREDIBLE ILL PATIENTS. I’ve had two more surgeries and countless tens of thousands of hours of suffering all to go to this joke of a disability hearing run by this sham of a federally run tax payer funded garbage can called disability determination services. If you get Keith Allred don’t even bother wasting your time. He is a going to automatically deny you.

Falsefied documents lied on legal paper work. Violated civil rights. Needs to be sued for civil rights violations and damages. Should be ashamed. LIED ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS. PADDED THE CASE WITH FALSE MEDICAL RECORDS
I found Judge Allred to be very professional. He gave me all the time I needed to explain my situation and was patient and took the time to listen.
If you find his name on your paperwork, you can plan on a relaxed, fair, and complete hearing.
Judge Allred is more than apt at reading people too so no BS, be straight and honest or he will call you out!
Allred was fair but the time it took for the dission to go thru writting and then singnature was way too long (2 1/2 months).
Judge Allred gave me my day in court and thats all anyone should expect.I believe anyone who gets this judge will receive a fair hearing.
