Hey GOD BLESS, are you her spokesperson or are you statements based on your specific perceived experience? A quick Google search and an ounce of common sense says the exact opposite. How in the world would you know if she goes over my (or anyone else’s) records with a “fine tooth comb”?
I find it hysterical when people who get approvals think they know everything regarding the ALJ. Please don’t say if you deserve it you’ll get it because that was your experience. I dealt with this woman for 9 years from a denial to a federal judge remand to finally having the remanded hearing then she sat on the case for 10 months and decided I needed a follow up hearing that was 13 months after the remanded hearing. It seems she has a reputation for holding grudges if your case is remanded… She can be very verbally mean and aggressive. You dont want this angry, unfit judge.
She is an extremely fair Judge. She goes over your doctors records with a fine tooth comb. If you don’t deserve to be on disability you wont be. Just the way it should be.
