This judge was very nice. She did do my disability in my favor but I just want to know how long does it take to get anything written or any money
Brilliant attorney, and an even more brilliant human being. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work under her for a period of time. She was practicing in Bowling Green, KY during that time at Breen & Morgan, a small but successful law firm where I primarily served and assumed the responsibilities of the “Runner”, assuring that priority documentation was filed at the local Warren County Courthouse before the scheduled deadlines, ensuring there would be no problems or unforeseen obstacles once litigation was scheduled to begin. I was also given the chance to embark on a “case file transfer” project, whereby my singular goal was to transfer any and all cases heard by the firm within the previous 25 years (which had previously been kept on paper) into a streamlined, user-friendly, case organization program on the computer.. what a great experience. Rarely does a young PreLaw undergraduate student get to place his hands on such material, but Kerry trusted me to handle it, and because of that, I was exposed to more material in one summer than most law students before entering their 3rd year of law school! I’ve missed her greatly since she called all of us to her office and broke the “good news” that she was moving to Atlanta!!… bitter sweet.. so many tears. Hope all is well with you and the family, Kerry. Thanks for everything!
Nice lady. A lot younger than what i expected, but she was really nice and pretty. My attorney told me she used to represent claimants. . She got to the point and didn’t beat around bush so I liked that about her.
