Worthess judge..8 herniated disc a C7 radiculopathy spinal stenosis with neurogenic claudication degenerative disc disease numbness in my hands and legs and still denied they fail to realize that money that they are denying me from is mine I paid that in not the government he has no compassion and I truly hope you do not get this judge because you will be denied
He was bee nice. Asked questions. He never acted as if he wasn’t interested. I had hearing. Approved or not this was my experience.
I don’t have my approval.or denial but he was kind and just to the point. Appreciate and hope I get all he needs to prove my case
This Judge should be removed because he fails to read the case presented to him, denies a claim and in his explanation claims the person doesn’t meet criteria that they do meet in disability law. Judges decisions are based of judgment in this case because the person is younger than he feels should be eligible. Psoriatic arthritis with pustular psoriasis on the hands and feet is only about 2% of cases worldwide. Flares lasting 3 to 8 months. Affecting not only two extremities but all 4 at one time. Not just lesions but joint pain and swelling. How is someone suppose to hold down a job. No employer will allow for the amount of leave or call ins necessary to monitor and treat this condition. He has no compassion or any idea what it’s like to deal with a lifetime disability and should change professions if he can’t at least educate himself about a case before making a decision.
This ALJ is pleasant, calm, professional. Likes to do 30-40 minute hearings. You should be well prepared and brief in your presentation. Usually asks for an opening statement, does brief background questions and then turns over to rep. Will usually give one hypo based on DDS and one based on claimant’s inability to do coninuous work. Will allow closing argument. Award rate is conservative.
