I thought Judge Temin was fair and very professional in his demeanor. He handled the proceeding with grace and reviewed the information in an unbiased manner

Honorable? His hearings are pointless. He doesn’t listen to the claimants, has made up his mind long before the claimant is given an opportunity to testify. He is paid to be a “judge”, to examine all evidence and make decisions based upon the evidence. Instead, he always adheres to DDS’s determination, unless your client has taken a sudden turn for the worse. Has zero imagination

Judge Temin is a good friend and former High School class mate. He is honorable and displays great integrity. The comment above is unwarranted and totally out of character.

He has the demeanor of a funeral director with an upset stomach, as if a whole lemon is permanently caught in his throat.
