I think the problem is not the judge it is the offices and those above the offices like our state’s Congressmen who hold the purse strings of the social programs. Those of you who write here are correct, they make it about social things and not the facts and rules which is ridiculous behavior for an agency but helps you to understand why we are still fighting about race and equality. This is a yet root to those hate behaviors and how they continue to rise. Looking for fault and blame as to why your entitlements are not yours.
I think he sees how rampant severe illness is and knows the medical system is not doing its job taking care of people either as it takes the fiduciaries or money from budgets for care that cut budgets for disability and retirement maybe. I think he is left in the award position at the end of the line no where else to go but cannot approve everyone left in this way like a tragedy. He can only listen to the requiem songs of our people left this way and provide them another outlet for documentation. He is not the house supervisor or administrator in the hospital that left the condition untreated to disability or tries to socialize patients into social determinants of health or one size fits all medicine with the same few diabetes shots or inhalers for varied asthma conditions which are smoke alarms or symptoms of life threatening worse going on.
Your congressmen is your ombudsmen (like the ultimate auditor because every insurance you paid for turns into government money) but when they took control they came in with blame too. Looking at people’s Facebook pages to decide how sick or disabled some people were based on their perceptions not medical tests and facts. Even sending recon to follow people at the store watching if children play or not, DHS helped with these processes. It feels like some of Miep’s stories from the Diary of Anne Frank and no I am not Jewish or Dutch. I think of the judges there I met (3) Judge Shepherd has compassion and empathy but he is a man on an island with his compassion and empathy. Even if you get approved in my experience the processes of deterrence in the office WILL NOT GIVE YOU JUSTICE and will bring varied sources of havoc to you in your life including making the IRS mislead your work history and make you look like a malinger even when you never were and still aren’t that is likely why you are still alive to read or write here. It is so wrong and so sad. Sending Love with Truth as it still may not set you free.
They should pay me $180k a year do this idiots job.

This guy is awful.
He agrees I am medically disabled.
He agrees that I have never had gainful employment.
My hearing was in February of 2022.
I didn’t get a decision until March of 2023.
And yet again I was denied.
My son has the same genetic disease and is approved.
Why am I being punished for waiting so long to apply for benefits that I am eligible for, that I wasn’t told I should go look into when I was younger.
Absolutely ridiculous.
This judge should be prosecuted for harm to the public.
Put him in jail and take back the 180k a year he has been making. Those are funds that have been obtained illegally.

This judge is a piece of shit and definitely doesn’t go off of medical records provided. He could give 2 shits about mental illness and how severe it truly is. I believe this judge needs to be FIRED because he definitely doesn’t take medical records into consideration. He doesn’t care about the people he only cares about himself and the money going into his own pocket. He also doesn’t take what the VE says into account either. Again he is a piece of shit and shouldn’t b in this line of work.
