I had judge penn recently and she was pleaseant during the hearing but denied my claim a 1week after my hearing…a little too quick considering its supposed to take at least a month or two for decisions.. im definitely appealing…because there were significant impairments and evidence to support it …but she denied it…we spend most of our lives just trying to get approved…and it puts us in stress mode because we are fighting for our life at this point…they dont understand that they dont walk in our shoes or live in our bodies….
Judge penn was pleasant during the hearing but I do not think her ruling was just particularly for my case, the condition I have will stay with me for the rest of my life so I don’t understand how I could be considered disabled only for a year of my life even with all my medical evidence plus you could just look up crohn’s disease you’ll understand stand why I think my ruling was wrong
March 23 2016 my hearing date Lauren was aļjdenied my claim she disregarded ?y medical impairments although I have 8. This judge is. A iiar am very ill. something has to be done’
