She moved pretty swiftly , I’m glad she was my judge great job
She did read all my medical reports and got the ball rolling for me. She was very respectful. My disability was approved by her.
My child has not been approve or denial yet ,but i have to say i thank her and the people who works at her office and mr steve after it been few days after my 60 days and i called and judge Bedell clerks was very nice to me as well as Mr steve .in times like these you need someone just to talk to you nice and Iam so glad that this judge and her staff understands. thx so much
I agree with all previous post..she shouldnt be a judge!! She denied me of disability and is WRONG. I have every intention to appeal her decision rest assure. She has no business denying ppl that have medical records to support their claim..she is no doctor,therapist or psychiatrist and shouldnt be a judge.
This woman was long overdue to be removed from the ODAR judges! Too bad it wasn’t before she ruled on my case. Others are right when they say she does NOT read medical records. In fact, I dont think she reads them AT ALL. I hope she takes her menapause meds before she is allowed to judge another case. Good riddance!
I agree with the above! She does not listen or pay attention to the records submitted! She discreditted my own counselor who gave testimony before her. She also added her “personal and preduditial (sp) opinions and thoughts”, instead of sticking to law. I am very disappointed in the system!!!!
Very nice, but not very good. It is clear that she does not review medical records properly.
SHE IS VERY INCONSISTENT…..SHE DON’T LOOK OVER YOUR MEDICIAL RECORDS OR HISTORY OF BEEN DISABLED…..I DON’T LIKE THE WAY SHE LOOKS OVER HER DECISION BASED UPON YOUR DISABLE……
She does not real medical records very wrll found alot of inconsistant things in here reoprt of why I was denied compared to my medical records.
She is nice but not consisent with her reports compared to medical reports….
