Judge hoppenfeld is an 85 year old woman who should have retired twenty years ago . She held a decision for 71 days, which they say is the turnover time for a decision in the queens office. On the 71st day, I was told she retired, leaving hundreds of decisions in the lurch. She clearly stated my husband is disabled, you’re retired, go home and relax. Now she retired without putting her decision into the computer. There are over 700 pages of documentation. If I could give her a negative 5 stars, I would….
Judge Marilyn P Hoppenfeld illicit the impression that whatever she allows you to have that is all you will get. Like throwing a meatless bone to a dog and saying…You better be thankful I gave you that!
