This “judge” is horrendous. I am waiting for 31 months now for her decision. Of course when you call the SSA office, the answer is you can do nothing but wait. The last time I called they told me to stop calling and bothering the office with unnecessary inquiries that obviously I have a complicated case (which I don’t, I have a qualifying condition) and the ALJ will rule when she is ready to.
Meanwhile, I sit here with no insurance and my doctor’s office patient rep told me she was going to prevent me from seeing the doctor any longer until I get my medicare in order.
Just awful. She has no idea what she is doing. She rejects countless medical expert opinions of her own expert witness! Finally, she waits over a year to make a decision in almost every case.
Maybe she doesn’t work and cannot perform the ALJ duties. She doesn’t work much. How are these people getting these jobs.
I have had 2 claims with this ALJ it is going over a year and half with still no decision. That in of itself is an embarrassment.
