Judge is a great listener. She gets direct to the points at hand, as well as giving you plenty of opportunities to speak about your case. She is extremely fair and treats you like a person, not just another case. She was very familiar with my case file in detail. This was a very positive experience, relieving me from any added anxiety.
Judge is very pleasant. Does not ask for opening or closing, but will allow, if asked. Will let you know if she has a problem with the case. Will ask your opinion or allows you to make an argument on any issue, with a pleasant disposition. She listens. Runs a very fair hearing. Knows the file very well.
