Horrible, horrible experience. She dismissed everything I said. My lawyer did not submit a years worth of psych records, which I called him about repeatedly, so everything was off and I didn’t know why. This judge dismissed everything I said, everything my provider’s said, and denied my claim for the following reasons: I do tai chi (recommended for ptsd and depression), I do meditation (recommended for ptsd and depression), and I bought a cake and asked people to join me for my birthday. Damn, everybody is entitled to a birthday. She said I did not try hard enough to kill myself – I kid you not. I could not even defend myself because no matter what I said she dismissed me. I walked away wanting to die as bad as I ever wanted to die, and I still have no money. suffering horrible I hate my life
