pay very close attention to the letters. she sent me a letter saying the ssa doctor was add to the record. but not a letter for my own doctor. my own doctor was not added even though she acceoted it.
ALJ MaryAnn Lunderman asked very few questions, likely couldn’t tell you what I looked like if asked. Based most of her denial on several medical documents (sometimes, you have to do that because you run out of tears)
. One document that CLEARLY stated on page 2 that the document was made a permanent record in patients chart but was the “wrong patient, please dis regard”. The contents of that document was quoted 5 times in the letter of denial.
Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician of 25+ years stated and had substantial testing/documentation to support disability, yet Ms Lunderman stated that this Physician was not as “credible” (but didn’t state why) as the Social Security Administration Dr that did the chart review.
Ms Lunderman stated that I lied under oath because in my records, I stated at a Drs appointment “I was tired from taking care of my husband” ((he had just had surgery, and I have history of chronic fatigue diagnosis, fibromyalgia, heart disease, thyroid cancer so getting his medication, food and water, no other assistance needed !) Ms Lunderman stated that when she asked me if I was a “caregiver” to my husband and I said “no”, that I lied. I am NOT his Caregiver (she needs to look up that definition).
** I appealed this all the way then took to the ARIZONA Federal Court. Remanded back and new Judge was polite, thorough, respectful, and ultimately approved my case.
I just read all these reviews on Mary Ann Luderman. I totally agree with her not being a Good Judge and perhaps a confident one. My experience is that she did not proceed with the process of the hearing Justifiable. She was extremely rude and short. She behaved in a Bias tone, which led me to believe that she is her powers to use discriminate against me. The outcome of the hearing was of course not in my favor. The statements she stated, I do not agree with. Durring the Call I also told her that I didn’t agree with what she asked. Instead, she reported the opposite. Did she not think that I wasn’t going to see this? or did she think that I’m too stupid and she holds too much power. Wrong I have rights, I have liberties. I plan on fighting this to the end. However, she remains on the seat. I believe that she should give me an apology and see that her decision is turned over. Because she was wrong. It’s hard to prove to the world that the Majority of Government employees love their authority to intimidate people with their power to take away their whole livelihood. They are not God. and the Universe will definitely take care of those who do right and who are wronged. Like myself and others.
It was just a little messed up but I agree with all the reviews of this judge except David the one only positive one. I had the great pleasure of meeting Ms Mary Ann Lunderman. I waited for almost two years to get my hearing, then had it then had to wait over five months. We submitted all evidance and got denied. I had a lawyer but still got denied. While I have not gotten the decision the judge had all the information on my disability. She did not ask me nor the VR person one question related to my disability. The judge didn’t even actually ask the VR person any question. And still denied me. I admit I havn’t read the yet the answer but Im sure its as if she decides the case in her mind not based on the facts because of her lack of asking the right proper questions. Now I have to appeal and after already waiting 3 years have to wait another 2 or 3 to get a final decision, this already was an appeal too. The whole process needs revamp and its not right how they have this set up, now I”m stuck without being able to pay rent for another three years. Thanks so much Ms Mary Ann Lunderman! She really looked up all the facts of my case like David said! Honestly I’m not even sure that Mary Ann Lunderman understands what a disability is, you dont see all disabilities with you’re eyes, dont you people know this?
She claimed that I had not been hospitalized. She said that I lied and didn’t tell SSA about my work. That is a lie because I have disability reports I filled them out. I filled out two recently in both reports I wrote it in and I filled out more than that. She did not bother to even read the decisions on my claim for the first award to see that it said what my disabilities are.

So… how many people has this ***, *****, ************** *** ******* over lately.. hum… sorry if your one of them .. it *****..
This one got me ..I almost believed in her! No.. she’s an ****.. starts with c …what a ******* I was!! There are many negative comments about disability ******* judges .. but here’s the thing ..I have no problem calling them that..in a sense it’s not their fault.. they’re going by what they are told to do.. the bottom line folks ..it’s a joke ..your likely to never get your disability benefits.. there is a percentage the government authorizes.. yes.. it’s all about money.. to go through.. you may be one of the lucky ones ..you may not.. but it’s not based on how disabled you are .. they don’t give a running goddamn ******* **** *** about you.. not to say any one person’s claim is any less than another’s.. but when they deny 100% disabled Veterans who are 100% because of injuries they incurred by serving this ***** ** **** country.. that should tell you something.. I wish I had my 10 years back I gave them ..to a point.. because I loved my job.. but still I served a country that threw me under the bus when I needed help..again ..help because of what happened to me while I was serving this country..there is one why I have learned to deal with this.. I cannot work physically.. but I am capable of using a computer from home..I have made it the rest of my life’s goal to dissuade anyone from joining the military.. getting involved in any federal job, etc.. and I’m educating them on the ******** of voting .. I have succeeded with six people that I’ve saved .. I wouldn’t want the karma of these ***** ** **** Judges.. my advice ..don’t even apply ..they are going to make you jump through hoops like a ******* circus animal and they will still deny you .. that is a promise !
If you get this judge` you will be sorry! She is a total” B, and goes by if you are from another race! ¥
I want judge Lunderman to know that she has had a positive impact on many people’s lives. Not many people take the time to thank someone who cared enough to really look at the facts…I will remember your name forever as a person who changed many lives…THANK YOU.
She is a bad judge with little care for anyone whom needs disability.I feel this judge should be debenched.
