Guys a scumbag
Twice denied. Apparently all of my doctors have “little persuasive value” (Go DHMC) yet the state accepts their professional opinions. Levin twice dismissed one of the clinics saying it doesn’t count because I was seeing them for less than a year when it is clearly documented that it was much longer. I’ve been out of work for three years and living off the state (some of my tax dollars are working for me) Did a little looking around to find that Levin is in the 10% highest paid judges for SS, and no wonder, they pay him to deny hard working, tax paying civilians that come down with incurable illnesses, yes more than one. I guess it’ll be another year of pain and unnecessary suffering while I appeal yet again. Levin, in my opinion, is prejudiced and made his decision based on some unknown hatred and has twisted the facts given so they don’t appear to have any precedence.
He is all intellect and no empathy. I had the bad luck to get this judge. One year I was so sick I saw 8 different doctors to try to get well. I was in no condition to work. He ruled my case unfavorably. It’s sickening that judges make 100-200 thousand a year denying sick people a measly $800 a month. This is my humble opinion.
This is an honest review as I have not received a decision. I think Judge Levin is nothing but fair I think he looks at all evidence good and bad and is nothing but professional. He was nothing but kind during the hearing and listened to everything. I don’t think he has any kind of agenda to deny everyone despite his approvals ratings. If you have a hearing with him don’t go in assuming he is going to deny you and be negative. Negativity shows be honest and truthful and you will be fine.
I thought he was very nice and professional. From the comments I thought I would be doomed just the opposite felt very comfortable with him.
Look at his approval rates year to year — the ratios remain the same. Judge has an agenda to deny, period.
Horrible. Takes everything negative and ignores the good. Seriously an idiot and doesn’t know how to use spell check. I hate him
