Judge Rodriguez seemed very fair. I haven’t received my letter so I can’t say anything about approval or denial but he definitely was thorough and clear and made me less nervous. My hearing was Dec. 13, 2017 and it is now only February so I should know the outcome in a month or so but either way I am glad I had him and how he treated me making my experience as pleasant as possible. I was very very nervous and he didn’t judge and answered any questions I had not making me feel inferior. I was supposed to have Judge Weakley but got switched to Judge Rodriguez and from what I’m reading I am very grateful for that. He really was understanding and seemed fair.
Everyone is nervous at the time of their hearing. Having Generalized Anxiety Disorder makes it that much worse. I feel the Judge took the time to listen to my Medical Conditions. It was much appreciated.
This judge told me on July 16 2015
That I’m clearly disabled I just got my letter today after waiting 3 yrs that I’m denied. I can’t walk with out my cane I have neurapty thru out my whole body all buldging & herniated disc how can some judge rate my pain unreal & unfair this system is sick
This judge did in fact say clearly I am disabled in January 2014 but now its April of 2014 and I still have heard nothing about my case. I am getting worse in my conditions and now I am getting anxiety attacks from not being able to purchase basic everyday items. When I went in front of this judge he asked what he needed yo and kept switching around and said we will come back to that question and didn’t. I really think I was forgotten about. All judges should have two weeks maximum to make a decision. If not be penalized for not doing so. Also when calling to get answers the lady who answers the phone don’t even know the panel is!
An honorable, fair minded judge.
