As a representative of a client I am embarrassed of Michael D Quayle. He interrupted my client several times making (him/her) feel very uncomfortable. There is literally no compassion while he uses his high power crushing the dreams and possibilities of others. The focus was on the facts and also breaking down my client.
Very honest and direct Judge, calls it as he see’s it and if your truthful and honest you will gain more respect from him.
He is a no nonsense judge very cordial but you really need to have a case put together well. Write a brief have all MER’s in and state your case. He asks for an opening you should rely on the brief you wrote and he does most of the questioning but will allow atty/rep follow up
This judge is horrible. He assumes the worst without my ability to give explanation. Doctors are wrong many times and I couldn’t even speak. He was very rude and condescending.
As an attorney practicing before Mpls ODAR for many years I was trouble by Judge Quayles absolutely disrespectful behavior towards a claimant at a recent hearing. I was absolutely ashamed as an attorney that a sitting judge, who knows better, let his emotions get the better of him. This was uncharacteristic of Judge Quayle and I hope I never witness such unprofessional behavior by him again.
