Judge Finnie is alright! He did what was needed and that was that. Took forever for the review, but all is well!
JUDGE FINNIE WAS NICE AND LET THE CLIENT EXPLAIN, SYMPTOMS, MEDICATION ISSUES AND MENTAL HEALTH. HE DID NOT GO ON AND ON ABOUT PHYSICAL HEALTH SINCE THIS WAS NOT WHAT THE CASE WAS ABOUT. USUSALLY YOU GO IN FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND THEY ASK NOTHING ABOUT IT ONLY PHYSICAL HEALTH. HE IS NON JUDGEMENTAL AND NON PARTIAL. HE DOES WANT A OPENING STATEMENT AND FOR THE REP. TO QUESTION THE CLIENT, AND WOULD LIKE A CLOSING STATEMENT. I THINK HE VERY FAIR.
Cant see anything negative..very stand up guy…listened and was polite…asked a few cross questions, but treated us fair and square…
My son had to appear in front of Judge Finnie. My son is mentally and physically handicapped and this judge did everything he could to frighten my son. He gave him a very hard time. I was asked some questions as well and he brought me to tears. The SS application was denied although we are going to appeal. This man should be ashamed of himself picking on a mentally handicapped individual!
Fair, non-partisan, non judgmental and never showing partiality. Twice I have been in front of Judge Finnie and each time was the same
