Excellent ALJ for a change. ALJ Harris actually reviews the entire file prior to a hearing in most if not all instances. He is concerned for the “system” and will not just rubber stamp someone, but he also will not deny a claim for some lame reason. If you are prepared and have a truthful client then you will win the case. If you lose a case with this ALJ, then 9 times out of 10 you should lose.
