I need a court to be to yrs court room, because I had a lawyer over my check I went to ssi office they remove him and now the same lawyer is tried to get back on it put the lawyer is a scam he with take 40 percent out for each month and the probate judge get 2000 dollars each when the lawyer bring a person on disability to the probate office and they have about 75 to 100 person they are doing it to can you help me get it move to your court room
I had a hearing with Judge Brownfield and he denied my case. I am blind in one eye and has minimal vision in the left eye and can’t lift my left arm and this judge says I am able to work. I can’t drive due to my vision. This judge has no heart what so ever, if I get a job how am I suppose to do my job blind and can’t keep up. Is he going to move and drive me to a job and do the work for me. He doesn’t care about people he is only trying to make a paycheck. I have been depressed about not being able to work but I guess I will have to be dead in order to get some help. This is her sister typing for her. The state of Alabama only cares about one race of people.
I would like to know why I have not got a social work for my Social Security disability. Call Social Security getting no answers. Why do you have to loose everything you work for all your life , waiting on Social Security. People are dieing because of the slow process. Please I need help. Thank you
Judge Brownfield was a very fair abd very informed judge. He knew what was going on with me. He had read my long file from front to back and I feel that he was fair in his decision making either way.
He was very much up to date on my case and made a fair judgement – There are still well informed,Good people in our country that are in charge !!!
