Very reasonable judge. It was very straightforward. He sat behind a slightly raised podium and mostly listened to my counsel’s questioning. He stopped to clarify just a few times but it was not intimidating. He did not need the vocational expert. That may not be comforting but it may also be good so……
After 20 minutes, give or take, it ended abruptly. The process and the judge are not as intimidating as it feels. Judge Swan seemed very professional and reasonable.
