This judge is a criminal and a lier! This peace of*****, said he would make his discussion right after the hearing. He lied and didn’t! Two months later I got his response and the facts are wrong and he lied serverl times. So did the SSID doctor I went to. He lied about what I said and about facts. He used opinion that was proven wrong by the so called job expert that doesn’t know anything about work. He use hear say, opinion and theory. None of which is aloud in court. I will be filling a formal complain on this criminal judge and everyone else should. He can’t even get the facts straight. 3 doctors had me lifting no more than 10, 15 are 25 lbs. Two other doctors say I should not be working at all, no kind of work. Because I’m homeless and don’t have money to to get treatment from doctors now then it opinion but said doctor that just talk to me and one that never seen me is facts. According to this criminal judge. That is getting paid to stop people that paid into the system not to get it when they need it. He had two hearing one with the first criminal judge that no longer there and his and still can’t get the facts straight. I can’t barely use my left arm. But according to him I can but not my right arm. According to him I can climb a rope. Most people that can work can’t climb a rope. Doctor said I have bone on bone in both knees but not according to him. Well because doctor use the textnical teams not what me are you would say. Got a hurnatied disk in my neck and three vertebrates fusing together from 2013. The nerve is dead and cases a lot of pain. So much so I can’t stay sitting, standing are laying down to long. Sleep maybe 4 hours a day since 2013. But according to him I can drive for hours to go see a doctor even though I don’t have money to live much less gas to drive if I could. While one of his meal cost more than I get in snap a month. This criminal judge is getting paid to keep people that paid and can’t work off while drug addict and alcoholic that can work get it.
This judge has it in for veterans that claim ptsd, anxiety, and other mental illness disorders. He considers themself superior and gets his kicks by exerting his power by disapproving claims. He is proud of his below than average approval rating. And does he jump around.
Forgot to mention that he will fight your theory. He wants citations to support the theory.
Asks for theory of case. If there is drugs/alcohol abuse, you can forget about it. Was not horrible, but can be confrontational.

I applied in 2011, 2016,2017, and appealed in 2018. I was DENIED, by this *******. It is documented I can not hold a job because of my medical issues, and written by several of my doctors for me NOT TO WORK. I am diagnosed with Bipolar, PTSD, Stockholm’s, Carpal Tunnel, Raynaud’s, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Arthritis, Trauma from Sexual Abuse, and DOmestic Violence, Panic and Anxiety attacks, Social anxiety, Migraines, Eating Disorder, Chronic Fatigue, Add, Asthma.
I CAN NOT WORK. HAVE BEEN HOMELESS ( COUCH HOPING FOR 5 YEARS) NO INCOME, AND LOSING FRIENDS ALONG THE WAY. I HAVE BEEN FALSELY ACCUSED OF CRIMES BY MY ABUSERS SO I WOULDN’T BE ALE TO SEE MY CHILDREN, AND DESPERATELY TRYING TO STAY POSITIVE. I HAVE SOUGHT SHELTER ANYWHERE I COULD, IN THE MOST DESPERATE TIMES, AND IT TURNED OUT HORRIBLY. THE JUDGE, JUDGED ME WRONG, AND FALSELY ACCUSED ME OF DOING DRUGS WHEN I HAD NOT.
I’M NOT THE TYPICAL HOMELESS. I DON’T DO DRUGS. I’M NOT AN ALCOHOLIC. I’M COLLEGE EDUCATED. IT’S NOT MY FAULT, I FELL VICTIM TO ABUSE, AND CAN NOT RECOVER.

This guy is a nightmare to work with, so good luck. He’s completely unreasonable and will soon be facing a number of formal complaints filed with the Agency.
My hearing lasted almost an hour and a half in front of this judge. My attorney presented medical evidence from my medical records proving I was diagnosed with PTSD and Bipolar disorder. The vocational expert testified that I could get a job but not maintain it. After waiting 2 months he is requested a supplemental hearing and is now ordering that a medical expert be present and another vocation expert! It’s already proven that I am disabled according to SSA guidelines yet he is still requesting another hearing when nothing has changed.
