Had Judge Berigan after denial from a different ALJ. He was very understanding and listened to me. He made me feel comfortable and I did not get the impression that he felt better than others. Gave me a favorable bench decision.
Very understanding
All of the information in his “report” is contradictory. I will never understand how Social Security “experts” know more about my mental state than my own doctors. Basically calling all of them and myself liars. So Judge Patrick Berigan, ever wonder how many people have killed themselves based off of your decisions? Well, you can now add one more. I hope your cushy job never fails you, or you might end up like me. Jackass.
I was totally wrong makes you feel like he’s on your side but denial letter was full of lies
I appreciate this judge never talked over me and made me feel comfortable seems very understanding still waiting on a decision
