And I am not giving 5 stars here ever-just forgot to add 1. If anyone can change the previous to 1 star, it would be appreciated.

I ALSO HAVE AS MENTIONED HYPERTROPHIC CARDIOMYOPATHY AS DIAGNOSED BY DR JAMES T CONNELY, A HIGHLY KNOWN AND RESPECTED HEART DOCTOR THAT HAS BEEN A HEART DOCTOR FOR QUITE A WHILE – SO BY THIS “JUDGE” SAYING ALL I HAVE WRONG WITH ME IS HYPERTENSION, THIS JUDGE IS CALLING THIS HEART DOCTOR A LIAR.

I FORGOT TO MENTION-I ALSO HAVE LUNG DISEASE AS WELL. JUST WAIT UNTIL THESE SSI PEOPLE AND ALJ’S GET INTO MY BOAT AND NEED HELP AND CAN’T RECEIVE IT BECAUSE NO ONE WILL LISTEN TO THEM. MY MOM, BROTHER AND SISTER ALL RECEIVED SSI.

I believe most of the decisions boil down to which alj you are appointed. I went before this alj and was not so fortunate. Part of this was my very own fault for forgetting to share some more of my health conditions (that just shows my memory problems also) OR IS IT REALLY? From my understanding, the alj is given all of your health conditions BEFORE the hearing and has them right there in front of them. I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, arthritis in my back, depression, hypertension and hypertensive heart disease. Some of these are conditions that I could die from within a year. People die from heart disease every year. However, according to “Findings of fact and Conclusions of law”, the only severe impairment I have is hypertension. And there is only one medication that I can take for my hypertension because my system does not tolerate any of the other medications for hypertension. I was also honorably discharged from the U.S. military. Evidently, none of that matters. I tried to be as respectful and honest as I could be with this alj. I even answered his question(s) wrong at time(s) because I did not understand him at that moment. What does THAT tell anyone? I was seeing a psychiatrist in jr high school because I was beating up kids. There are also inconsistencies in my decision. It states that I am obese. The alj himself saw me and I have never weighed over 225 pounds in my life and I have never been obese. Ask anyone that knows me. And if I am obese, then why did my family Doctor tell me that I have lost weight and she wants me to GAIN weight? Anyone with common sense knows that a method of lowering your hypertension is to lose weight, NOT GAIN it. It also states that I exercise. I do not and CANNOT exercise. I tried doing that and I had to stop because it bothers my heart. And just because I can prepare meals on a daily basis, count change, pay bills and go food shopping, again-I am not considered to be disabled. HELLO-Do you have any idea how many people are on disability that can prepare meals on a daily basis, count change, pay bills and go food shopping? And I DO have problems getting along with neighbors so THAT part that I DON’T is inaccurate. It also states that there is an assessment from a male Doctor about me that I have never heard about. All the mental health Doctors that I have recently seen are all FEMALE. So this male “Doctor” does not know me to the best of my knowledge so how can he judge ME? And just because I did not threaten or try and harm these so called “Doctors” , I am not believed to be disabled. I truly believe these mental health “Doctors” need Doctors themselves , as well as RE-EDUCATION because they do not know what they are doing or what they are talking about. Unfortunately, people tend to believe whatever they say. My very own back Doctor said I am DISABLED. This judge gives that little weight because the decision is up to the Judge. HOWEVER ———- This Judge DOES give a LOT of weight to a Doctor that I have never heard about in saying that I am not disabled. Is that FAIR? Absolutely NOT. He gives little weight to one Doctor, and a lot of weight to another that I have no idea who he is. If you give little weight to one Doctor, then give little weight to ALL Doctors, and vice versa. It seems you have to have at least one foot in the grave in order to receive disability. I know people in better condition than ME that are receiving disability. I am done here. I will not waste any more of my time appealing or starting over. The Government can keep the money.
