He denied a case where the cmt had strong work history, multiple orthopedic impairments and six major surgeries since onset, including three spinal fusion surgeries. He had the audacity to claim that symptoms statements were not supported because her treatment was conservative. Absolutely abhorrent behavior for an allegedly impartial ALJ.
