Apparently she , ALJ Paula Wordsworth, is able to remove herself so far from the facts of a disability case to the point where she is able to completely ignore the opinions of the medical professionals who publish their opinions and make them available to her.
Her grievious actions not only hurt the people who have thier lives thrown into even more caios than they have already been through prior to any hearing(s) she may have presided over, but her clerk Jay, or Omar, or whomever is tasked wirh the job to answer the calls forwarded to her office needs to be held to answer for the actions, or inactions, when they do not properly discharge the duties of the office they have been entrusted to fufill.
Point of fact: I had a hearing scheduled and called the judges office to inform them a couple days prior to my hearing date. Of course I only made it as far as an answering machine on which I left a message. On the machine I left my name, social security number, call back number and the reason I was calling. And the reason I was calling was to inform the judges office the fact that I would be representing myself and there was no possible way I would NOT be able to make the hearing date and time and I would need to re-schedule or ask to continue it at a later time.
Well, there was no return call made to me. So Icalled again and again and left even more messages relating the same information. Still no return calls. So the actual day of the hearing, a couple hours prior to the “date and time of the hearing” , I called again and actually spoke to J, or Jay, or however his name is actually spelled, answered the call and I explained the fact I was several hours away having some serious health issues and was definately UNABLE to attend the hearing I had been waiting on for months. His advice was to show up anyway..???? After a few days notice of being unable to attend that day at that time, he advises me to “show up anyway”…???
The fact being I could not show up due to some pretty serious health problems I was experiancing at the time. And Was in the hospitol less than 24 hrs later.
He did not do his job, by alerting the ALJ I would be unable to attend due to a serious health issue I was experiancing at the ” time and date of the scheduled hearing”.
Later I would recieve an UN-FAVORABLE decision noting nothing. Only that my case had been DISMISSED. What..???
I had already gone through years of litigation working through the Social Security Disability System to only get another hearing date and time for the ALJ to dismiss the case.
She, ALJ Paula Wordsworth, had years of files consisting several doctors opinions testifying to my physical and emotional state of being.
I had ALREADY been deemed disabled and awarded SSI from the previous ALJ who in fact presided over the last hearing in a series of several prior to his decision.
SOOooo…. to recap… ALJ Paula Wordsworth, dismissed my case after another ALJ sat and listened to the facts of my disability and deemed me disabled and went back to the initial filing time of 2011… or so… and that was in 2017 . Talk about putting me through hell and back for years.
Fast forward to 2019 and Judge Wordsworth has the insight to DISMISS my case without me being allowed to say anything. All the records of the several medical professionals from no less than 3 different Orthopedic (foot) docstors 3 different Orthopedic (shoulder) doctors, at least 3 different Chronic Pain Management doctors, a few Primary Care doctors, and a few Psycologists who have diagnosed me with Chronic PTSD among several other issues.
After having and surviving Covid this year, at least to this point, following all the rules and jumping through all the hoops the Social Security Disability process puts you through. Which is alot. Its an especially demeaning and dimishing process which can and will leave you feeling helpless and so worthless and hopeless. For me the office of SSA Disability now suggests I should begin the process all over again from the beginning. Im sure I will NOT make it through all the stuff again. My mind and body just wont be able to take it again…
IT SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW.
And so…. ANY JUDGE THAT MISUSES AND ABUSES THE POWER THE PEOPLE HAVE ENTRUSTED TO THEM SHOULD BE REMOVED …
ITS NOT ESPECIALLY HARD TO TREAT DISABLED PEOPLE WITH DISRESPECT OR HATRED OR EVEN INJUSTICE AMONG OTHER THINGS… ALL YOU NEED IS ONE BAD JUDGE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. …And I honestly believe I have found it once again in ALJ Paula Wordsworth.
Trust me I know . It has happened to me over and over going through the SSA Disability processes for years now..
I Believe a petition should be started to help facilitate the immediate removal of ALJ Paula Wordsworth…

Fraud
Having medical professionals declare me perm disabled and in writing from them, she evidently has no compassion for truly disabled, I have now lost everything in my life , i have no home no vehicle,
No income, I worked my whole life never took anything from anyone. I feel I was discriminated against by being a white male. Maybe if I was fat and lazy I would have been approved.
