Hi this is Janie again i am still waiting my decision i did get news that it has already been placed with a writer i cant wait to get my decision i hope it is favorable i need this so i can properly support my children i wanted to thank Judge Martin for being so nice and making me someone with lots of mental issues comfortable enogh to be able to tell my story thanks again for listening!!!
P.S. I know the next person that recieves him as a Judge on their case will feel the same for him.
I am still waiting now but i have no doubt he is a good judge either way i still think he is cool its been a very hard road for me with disability but he will make the right decision for me and still not knowing the outcome of my hearing how ever it turns out i still have the upmost respect for him!!!!!

judge martin is so nice something about him the day of my hearing he was very into everything i had to say and like my other post said it does not matter if he does not award me i will still respect him he was not mean in anyway to me his job has to be hard and i would not like to have to decide something like that daily because naturally when people do not get what they wanted or expected they then suddenly do not like you on the other hand if you were to get what you wanted you would love him but in this world things do not lways go the way that you would like sorry you had a bad day and i hope all works out for you in the end!!!
i am still waiting the results of my hearing with judge martin i think he was very nice and made me feel as if he was listening to everything i had to say and taking it into consideration he seemed interested and caring and no matter how my case turns out and what decision i get i will still have respect for him because he was listening and he has a job to do that has to be very difficult to see who is actually disabled or just trying to collect so i will had it to him they do what they think is best and if denied and you are truly disabled i encourage you to take it that extra step i do not think the judges are looking at anyone and acting as if they are lying under oath but just simply trying to find weather the conditions meet the ssa codes good luck to everyone and very much luck for those who truly need it!!!
i have been waiting for two yrs on my hearing , and have barely made it i have a legitament reason for not being able to work , i havent complaind about waiting because im not the only one who waites , i really didnt expect to be treated like a lier right out of the box , it was demeaning , and degrading , ive earnd the right to benefit from social security ive paid my dues , personally i dont know the man , he treated me like i was a crook and thats all i have to say
