I went in to see Judge Valentino in June of 2018 and I was shocked. First he is NOT a reliable judge. I was in there on a Friday afternoon and I was the last to be seen . The lady who was supposed to be before me did not show up so I was called early.
First he forgot who I was. He started talking to me and called me Mrs Garcia.
I told him I was not Mrs Garcia and he asked his clerk what happened to Mrs Garcia. His clerk had to remind him she didn’t show up so they rescheduled. He said so who do I have infront of me?
She had to explain to him who I was and that the paperwork for me was in front of him. After that I thought it went pretty well. I even told him the doctor they sent me to hurt me worse then when I went in and he said we will look I to that.
He agreed that there were no jobs that I could do in my area with my limitations. I said correct. He said ok yes I can see why you can’t work and you are in pain all the time? I said mostly yes and he said can you take anything for it?
I said tyenol but that doesn’t do much and he said yes yes over the counter not good. Then he started drifting and the clerk had to bring his focus back to the case.
He said ok you will get my decision soon. As we were leaving I heard him say ” well that’s a rap we made it to the weekend let’s get out of here” so I was hurried out.
I thought it would be approved since he agreed with me about everything yet when I got the decision he said I could be a ” laminator or Baker”.
Lol the only places that laminate is like FEDEX and they lift OVER 20 lbs at time and the Baker lifts more then that. My limitations is 2 lbs.
So I tried to appeal and they would not even look at my case.
I have been trying for years to get this fixed and reversed. This guy needs to retire!!!! He could not even remember who I was and he just wanted to get the day over since it was Friday!!!! SO WRONG!!!

Tryed to reschedule due to having my daughter and mothers surgery’s weeks away from each other and the judge didn’t care.
Judge Valentino,I wish to say thank you for being so kind to me.I have had a hard life and your kind ways really helped me.I am glad I got my truth out there,where it needed to be heard.I believe in our government as being fair and just and I am convinced you are a really nice person.I have been reading Matthew,chapter 25 verse 31 thru 46.The part about the sheep and the goats.You truly are a sheep in my eyes,and I hope to see you there when The Lord rewards his people for their good deeds.I myself am doing fine,still sick,but I just wanted to say,Thank You.See you later,Leona M.Goth.
