ROBE-ITIS or Inferiority Complex?!?!?! This woman was excellent as an Attorney Advisor (and I do not use the word ‘excellent’ lightly) but they gave her a robe and she turned into a different person (and that’s putting it nicely). Not only does she not make sound decisions, she delays her ‘Unfavorables’ putting Claimants at a MAJOR disadvantage when it comes to DLIs and AC decisions. Something must be done. Sadly, she is a complete disaster as a judge.
Obnoxious, does not apply law; maybe she is just not informed.
