Treated my case professionally and gave me a full approval. If you make sure you have all your Dr. information documented and get at least 1 Doctor to agree that you are permanently disabled you should be ok. In my case I had 2 Board Certified Doctors fill out forms in agreement with my diagnosis of full disability along with may years of Doctor visits and surgeries. Bottom line if you take the time to get the medical documentation in order this Judge is fair (in my opinion).

He denied my father for social security when he CLEARYLY needs it! Provided his medical history and had a medical professional at the court hearing stating he cannot hold a full time job. My father can barely stand for more than 15 min due to his back. Very unfair for him as my father has worked his entire life and now when he needs help, he gets a slap in the face. This denial is based off opinion and not FACTS! This is so unfortunate to the people that actually need the help.
Very professional, very fair and courteous.
