I like Judge Vogel. He iss tough, but consistently tough. I have never seen any evidence of bias and he will rule favorably if the evidence is there. His bar may be a bit higher than some ALJs, but he is consistent and polite to claimants and counsel alike.
He has the second highest denial rate in the whole office !!! I t is so hard to win a case against this man; I hope he never is on this end of the stick. I didn’t stand a chance now I,m back to starting over again. My PTSD has been bad for years ! Now I see how ex military personnel go postal; with judges like this how will any body get approved?
