Should have 5 stars. He was direct and to the point. I want to thank him no matter how mine turns out.

I have worked since I could walk. I have put into the system since I was 11 working on my grandparents farm. I had mental issues all my life. I was diagnosed with a chemical imbalance and behavioral problems by a family doctor as a child. But when it came to their “medical expert” he went with a diagnosis of one out of four doctors that wanted to say my mental health issues were due to drug use in the last several years! Social security had sent me to that doctor when the first one diagnosed me mentally ill. The system is supposed to try to discredit fakers and dopers. I’m all about that. But when the people in charge of my future don’t look me in the eye or can’t my instincts raise a flag. The vocational expert didn’t come up with any viable positions. So that’s in my favor I hope. But it’s high time mental health doctors and “experts” go back to school. I attend classes online to become “educated” after breaking my body supporting the “educated” and all I do is translate big words into small ones….. But what do I know? I’m just “below average intelligence” “drug addict” that hasn’t touched substances for over a year, or had a drink since February. And they wonder how tragedies could have been subverted? Lol. Cuz the experts don’t know real psychology from a hole in the ground.

I had the pleasure of having judge McCully. Hearing was canceled. I was found fully favorable based on medical evidence outside the ss doctors. He stated in the decision he chose to ignore those Dr’s and look at the evidence that proved my case. It has taken approximately 1200 days to get there but it turned out great.

He has a knack for going straight to the heart of the matter. He is the only ALJ I have ever had to call me prior to a hearing, looking for evidence so he could pay on the record and avoid conducting a hearing. I really appreciate his willingness to use a Medical Expert in hearings as well. Often, that can make a huge difference in the claim.

I would love to go in front of this man and get him to decide whether my husband was disabled.
